Hi, I’m Carly – the friendly face you’ll first see or hear when you get in touch with Luminosity Psychology on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

With a strong background in administration, I’ve worked across a variety of people-focused roles in industries such as fitness, youth work, disability services, and HR. No matter the field, I’ve always been passionate about building genuine connections and creating a welcoming environment for everyone I meet.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me soaking up some fresh air with a walk by the water, cheering on my partner at the skatepark, or enjoying a lazy Sunday brunch. I’m also a busy mum to a very energetic toddler, so when I do get a quiet moment, a Netflix binge is my go-to!
