A Brighter Approach to Mental Health

Luminosity: the state of producing and reflecting bright light.

Luminosity Psychology is a group practice focused on providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in a calm and supportive environment.

We work with individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns, tailoring therapy to your needs, goals, and pace.

We see therapy as self-care. It is a space to reflect, process, and make sense of what’s already there to live a life that feels lighter, more grounded and present.

Alongside insight, we focus on practical strategies you can apply in your day-to-day life, helping you build a toolbox of techniques to draw on between sessions.

We recognise that mental health is closely connected to physical health, and where appropriate, we work collaboratively with your other health professionals to support consistent, high-quality care.

Our clinic has also been intentionally designed to feel calm, comfortable, and low in sensory overwhelm. We want you to feel a sense of ease from the moment you walk in.

Our Space

We’ve intentionally designed our space to feel calm, comfortable, and easy to be in.

From soft lighting and neutral tones to a quiet, low-stimulation environment, each element has been chosen to support a sense of ease from the moment you walk in.

We understand that clinical environments can sometimes feel overwhelming or impersonal. Our aim is to create a space that feels different, a space that is warm, grounded, and genuinely supportive.

This can be especially important for those who feel anxious in new environments, are sensitive to sensory input, or are neurodiverse.

At Luminosity Psychology, the environment is part of the therapeutic experience — helping you feel more settled, present, and able to engage in the process.

Address: Level 5, Suite 506/3-5 Stapleton Avenue, Sutherland NSW 2232

There is ample free and timed street parking available.

Can’t make it in person? No problem - we offer Telehealth sessions.
