Rachael Tedeschi

Rachael believes everyone will face challenges in life and it is always encouraged to reach out for help during these times. She enjoys working with anxiety, stress, ADHD, perfectionism & procrastination, trauma and chronic pain & illness.

Founder & Psychologist

Maria Sharrock

Maria offers a non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and work towards meaningful change. She works with anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and stress. She also supports body image concerns, eating difficulties, and coping with chronic health conditions, including diabetes distress and burnout.

Alex Feng

Alex sees therapy as a process of learning and growing. He brings a genuine and realistic approach. He enjoys working with depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, low confidence, burnout, relationship issues and problematic gaming.

Therapy styles: CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema, Solution-focused Therapy (SFT).

Receptionist

Carly is the friendly face you’ll first see or hear when you get in touch with Luminosity Psychology. She is passionate about building genuine connections and creating a welcoming environment for everyone she meets.

All your appointments will take place in our calm environment designed for comfort and privacy.
