Psychologist (Registered or Clinical) - Sutherland

We are looking for a psychologist (registered of clinical) to join our team as we move into our brand new, purpose-designed space in Sutherland. We are looking for someone 2 days per week to start, with the option to increase if it feels like the right fit for you.

The work

We work with teenage and adult clients across a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, mood, burnout, life transitions, and more complex presentations.

Our approach is:

• Focused on building practical, real-life skills

You’ll be supported to:

• Work in a way that feels natural and aligned to you

• Take the time you need with clients

• Incorporate your own style, creativity and structure

About you

This role tends to suit psychologists who are:

• Thoughtful and reflective in their clinical work

• Comfortable sitting with complexity

• Interested in building genuine therapeutic relationships

• Wanting to do meaningful work without feeling rushed or overextended

• Motivated to continue developing their skills over time

·       Trauma experience or training is preferred, but not essential.

You’ll need:

• AHPRA registration (Clinical or Registered Psychologist)

• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

• Eligibility to hold your own professional indemnity insurance

Remuneration

We offer a competitive percentage split aligned with private practices in the Sutherland Shire and St George area, plus superannuation. Higher earning potential available if you choose to increase your days
